With the holidays just around the corner a friend and I decided to try our hand at some new flavors on one of our favorite drinks, gin and tonic!
We partnered with drizly to bring you this post.
Drizly is a company that works with local stores to deliver drinks to your door. You can get wine, beers or even the makings for mixed drinks like this one.
There’s no markup on the prices, this is just a great way to make your life a LOT easier. Especially during the holidays, when you might have guests dropping by, but not enough drinks for everyone. Simply log on to Drizly and order something fresh. It will be delivered to your doorstep within and hour!
To make this tasty cranberry orange gin and tonic you’ll need:
- 2 ounces orange juice
- 2 ounces gin
- 3 ounces tonic water
- 12 cranberries
- orange slice
- ice
Put ice in your glass. Pour orange juice, gin and tonic water in the glass. Add cranberries on top and an orange slice to the glass.
If you want more flavor from the cranberries (I like the berries, whole) you can muddle them in a cocktail shaker prior to putting them in the drink.
I’ll let you in on a little secret…this is what Santa really wants you to leave out for him. Forget the milk!
