Creamy Balsamic Shaved Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta
  • 20 oz Shaved Brussels Sprouts
  • 8 oz Pancetta (you can use diced bacon if you can't find pancetta)
  • ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Add pancetta and cook until browned - about 5-7 minutes
  3. Add brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper to taste
  4. Saute until slightly crisp and browned - another 5-7 minutes
  5. Pour in vinegar and cream
  6. Turn heat down to medium
  7. Cover with a lid and steam until tender - final 5-7 minutes
